All referees are required to register their referee ID numbers and other personal information with the WTF in order to receive their login ID and password for the Web site.

This Web site is created specially for the international referees. The referees can find important information, such as membership fee payment records; update on new regulations; records of participation in referee seminars and refresher courses; and all other issues related to the international refereeing.

The membership fees of Member National Associations are classified according to the tier levels that the countries are categorized in. Member nations in Tier 1 are required to pay USD 700, while those in Tier 2 and Tier 3 are required to pay USD 500 and USD 300 respectively.

All member nations are required to pay their membership fees at the start of a new calendar year. Member nations that fail to pay their membership fees will not be allowed to participate in WTF-promoted and/or sanctioned championships and the General Assembly, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the WTF.

It is important for all member nations to abide by the rules and to support the efforts of the WTF in enhancing the system, so as to better serve taekwondo and its members. We look forward to your full cooperation and continued support in enhancing the operations of the WTF administration.

Please note that, as of 2007, all international referees of the WTF will be required to pay a standard annual membership fee of USD 50, regardless of your class status, as decided at the General Assembly held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on July 25, 2006. As explained above, as of 2007, all annual referee membership fees will be paid online via credit card payment. In this regard, payment with checks and/or cash will not be accepted.

Referees with outstanding membership arrears should first pay their overdue membership fees.
This is an effort by the WTF to provide value-added services to the referees and to enhance the efficiency of the administration. For this reason, we ask for the referees to cooperate with us with regard to overdue payments in order for us to serve you better.

All participants interested in the International Referee Refresher Courses are required to apply through this Web site. Upon receipt of the fees via online credit card payment, referees can check the status of their participation on the Web site.

Payment of fees for participation in international referee seminars should be done online as well. Other than credit card payment, all other forms of payment will not be accepted. In addition, there will be no reimbursement for this payment. Upon online payment, the receipts will be issued automatically, and all personal information can be found and verified on the Web site.

The trial test for online payment will be conducted for the payment to participate in the 1st International Referee Seminar held in 2007.
